Reading research is never the most exciting thing you can do on a Saturday evening. However, it can be quite rewarding if you are really interested in the topic. Here are some of the main areas of research that I am interested in and a summary of the articles I have read.

Sports psychology – everyone has a story about training hard for a competition and then not doing as well as expected. Often, the problem is a failure to prepare mentally as well as physically. Studying some sports psychology can help us to avoid this pitfall and make sure that the training we do is represented by the performances we give
