		<description>Hey Rob! Great to hear from you.  I guess you&#039;re probably right, as I can see the rhomboids getting abused by the constant upper back rounding caused by sitting at a desk.  I really need to get deeper into this stuff...  At the moment, I am sort of flying around using a rudimentary line-drawn map and when I bump into things I make a more detailed drawing.

Best of luck with the good fight versus You Know Who... You know, I reckon you could make a rhyme out of that...</description>

		<description>I believe the Rhomboids are connected to desk work as I suffered something rotten with them when I was an accountant. Good overall routine which you have reminded me to do a little more of (have tended to neglect rehab work since suspending my physio studies to fight the good fight against you know who...)</description>
