Paleo eating (part two)

Yesterday, I did a brief post about the paleo diet and what it is.

I also mentioned that you can find a much more detailed briefing on the paleo diet at Anna’s introduction to the paleolithic diet (part one), which gives a summary of the issues and a list of resources.  Her  follow up introduction to the paleolithic diet (part two) goes into the archaeology a bit more for those people who yearn for the science behind it all.

However, I didn’t provide much more detail about the sorts of meals that I eat.  I have posted about the sorts of things I’ve been eating before, including details about my first fat loss diet, my second fat loss diet, my muscle gain diet, and  how I gained 20lbs but these haven’t included recipes.

To remedy that, here are some of the recipes of the meals that we eat.  The links are all to Anna’s site.

One Response to Paleo eating (part two)

I’m ever so pleased that you think that some of the meals I create are worthy of recommendation. Thanks.

It’s nice to know I’m not always putting you through hell when I create a new meal (given some of the more exotic culinary errors I’ve made over the years, like chocolate scrambled egg)!
