I had family out in America and they ordered it and brought it back for me, as I also live in England. Dan John has a few dvds out as well, I really enjoyed the everything over my head one, it has a lot of ideas if you have some outside space. I only finished it a couple of weeks ago, and I already want to read it again. Well worth the money.
