It&#039;s an interesting point you raise about cost not being an issue, as I have always looked at things slightly differently.  My question is always, &quot;what am I giving up if I buy this?&quot;  I got to the point at one stage where I could tell you how many more days I would have to work (before retiring) if I were to make a discretionary purchase.  I&#039;m not quite that mad anymore but it has left a mark...</description>

As a professional estimator/cost consultant price never entered into my argument for a basement gym. It was all a matter of convenience, getting to use the equipment I wanted to use and when I want to use it.</description>
